我院胸外科１９８６年２月至１９９３年２月共开展手术２２３０例，发生术后继发性肺不张２１２例，占９．５ｌ％。采用纤支镜吸痰处理后，其效果令人满意，并且减少或避免气管切开术。继发性肺不张一般发生于手术后１～６天，多数在１天一３天，占８５．８５％（１８２例）．发生在双肺下叶为主（左下９７例，右下５３例），占７０．７５％。作者对术后继发性肺不张的原因及应用纤支镜注意一项作了详细探讨，并提出了预防术后继发住肺不张的措施。
In our hospital from February 1986 to February 1993, a total of 2230 operations were performed. There were 212 cases of postoperative secondary atelectasis, accounting for 9.5l%. With bronchoscopy suction treatment, the effect is satisfactory, and to reduce or avoid tracheotomy. Secondary atelectasis usually occurs in 1 to 6 days after surgery, mostly in 1 day to 3 days, accounting for 85.85% (182 cases). Occurs in the lower lungs of the main lung (97 cases of lower left, 53 cases of lower right), accounting for 70.75%. The author of postoperative secondary atelectasis and the reasons for the application of bronchoscopy pay attention to a detailed discussion, and put forward to prevent postoperative secondary to atelectasis measures.
