随着我国职业教育改革的推进,当前无论是职业教育的内容还是形式都发生了一些变化,体现了一定的进步性。在职业院校,对学生的培养已经具备了一定的职业性特征,所以教师在授课的过程中一定要立足专业实际,从学生的现状出发,考虑到未来学生就业的趋向,开展具有针对性的授课,促进学生的全面可持续发展。探究了职业院校教育学课程教学改革的问题,希望能对教育学的教学发展起到一定的积极作用,提升教学的有效性。
With the advancement of the reform of vocational education in our country, some changes have taken place in the content and form of vocational education at present, which shows a certain degree of progress. In vocational schools, the training of students already has certain occupational characteristics, so teachers in the process of teaching must be based on the professional practice, starting from the status of the students, taking into account the future trend of student employment, to carry out targeted Lecture to promote students’ overall and sustainable development.
