目前,高职院校越来越重视职业素质教育,特别是农业类的高职院校。然而在教学实践中,一些农业职业院校的教学课程仍然缺乏整体规划设计,教学内容缺乏专业的农业职业教育特点,教育手段也不符合农业职业院校的教育要求,教师缺乏职业教育素质等问题。对农业高职院校职业素质教育在实践中遇到的问题进行深度剖析,提出提高农业职业院校素质教育的有效对策。
At present, higher vocational colleges pay more and more attention to vocational quality education, especially agricultural higher vocational colleges. However, in the teaching practice, some agricultural vocational colleges still lack the overall planning and design of teaching courses, the teaching contents lack the professional features of agricultural vocational education, the educational methods do not meet the educational requirements of agricultural vocational colleges, and the teachers lack the quality of vocational education . This paper analyzes in depth the problems encountered in the practice of vocational quality education in agricultural vocational colleges and puts forward some effective measures to improve quality-oriented education in agricultural vocational colleges.
