本文报告了克癌临水煎液对小鼠移植性肝癌(H22)的治疗作用。以该药227g/kg·W灌服荷实体型肝癌(H22)小鼠,能显著抑制其肿瘤生长,肿瘤抑制率达513%;并能明显抑制荷瘤机体肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平的异常增高,使其维持在一定水平而发挥抗肿瘤、调节机体免疫力等作用。经流式细胞术检测,表明该药还可阻滞肿瘤细胞从细胞周期G1期向S期的转变过程,阻断DNA合成和复制,并进一步诱发其发生较高水平的细胞凋亡。上述可能是克癌临治疗肝癌的重要机制
