China Metal Society rolled steel Academic Committee second session of the second annual meeting in November 10, 1993 to 12 in Chengdu. A total of 102 representatives from the Ministry of Metallurgy, Ministry of Machinery Industry, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, steel pipe production, research and design institutes and institutions of higher learning attended the meeting. Comrade Zhao Linchun, executive vice chairman of China Institute of Metallurgy and Rolling Society, Comrade Xiao Zhiwei, director of the rolling division of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Comrade Liu Kemin, vice chairman of the Sichuan Institute of Metals, attended the meeting.
