米苦列茨氏病(MikuIicz)是一种极少见疾病,本科今年收治一例现报告如下: 患者陈××,女性,46岁,海南临高县新兴公社人,农民,住院号5543。患者于九年前无明显诱因,发现双眼球进行性向外突出,逐年加剧,双眼视物模糊,泪液较多,自觉头部四肢肌肉轻度麻木,但无关节红肿热痛,病后仍能参加一般体力劳动。近二年双眼球突出明显,继而双侧腮腺、颌下腺均进行性肿大,曾到各地求医诊断不明,76年10月8日转入本科。
