张发荣教授,男,汉族,1935年出生于重庆北碚,1963年毕业于原成都中医学院医疗专业本科. 以后一直在该院从事教学、医疗、科研工作.他以肾虚血瘀病机为理论指导,对糖尿病、痴呆、中风等疾病进行了深入系统的研究,并取得开拓性进展.现为内科硕士、博士导师,兼任四川中医学会糖尿病专业委员会主任、中国中医药学会糖尿病学会副主任等职,为享受政府特殊津贴专家.
Professor Zhang Hairong, male, Han nationality, was born in Beibei of Chongqing in 1935 and graduated from the former Medical College of Chengdu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1963. He has been engaged in teaching, medical treatment and scientific research in the hospital since1993.He guided by the theory of “Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis” He has conducted in-depth and systematic research on diseases such as diabetes, dementia and stroke, and has made pioneering progress. He is currently an MS in medicine and a doctoral tutor. He is also the director of the Diabetes Committee of Sichuan Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the deputy director of the Diabetes Society of China Society of Chinese Medicine.
