本报告提出四冲程柴油机进气道的造型技术,它包含用逐次逼近法确定适合于流体动力学上的型面,使不致产生脱离现象或把脱离现象减到最小程度。研究势流所获得的数据可作为计算附面层所需的资料。本报告提供了进气道内理想流体流动的研究技术和气道壁附面层的计算结果。报告还给出了确定脱流点在气道型线上位置的经验数据。情况表明,附面层计算数据与试验研究结果是十分一致的。最终的气道形状是用图解法绘制气道通流部分来完成的。本报告所叙述的设计四冲程柴油机进气道技术已经显著地改善了进气流量及能量特性。进气道造型技术同样可用于多缸机进气系统通流部分。
This report presents a modeling technique for four-stroke diesel engine inlets which involves the use of successive approximations to determine hydrodynamic profiles that will not cause any detachment or minimize detachment. The data obtained from the research potential flow can be used as the data needed to calculate the overlay. This report provides research techniques and calculations of airway wall coverings for the ideal fluid flow in the air intake. The report also gives empirical data to determine the position of the point of delineation on the airway. The situation shows that the calculated data are in good agreement with the experimental results. The final airway shape is done graphically by drawing the airway flow section. The design of four-stroke diesel engine inlet technology described in this report has significantly improved intake flow and energy characteristics. Inlet modeling technology can also be used for multi-cylinder air intake system intake part.
