范忠信,男,1959年生于湖北英山。先后就读于西南政法大学、中国政法大学、中国人民大学,1998年获法学博士学位。先后在中国社会科学院台湾研究所、苏州大学法学院、中南政法学院(中南财经政法大学)工作。曾任中南财经政法大学科研处长、法律文化研究院院长。2010年调杭州师范大学,任法治中国化研究中心主任,法学院教授委员会主任。兼任中国法律史学会执行会长,浙江省法学会法律文化研究会会长。先后入选“全国优秀教师”、“教育部新世纪优秀人才”、“国务院政府特殊津贴专家”、“当代中国法学名家”和“中国杰出人文社会科学家”。范忠信教授长期从事中国法律史及中西法律文
Fan Zhongxin, male, born in 1959 in Hubei Yingshan. Has studied at Southwest University of Political Science and Law, China University of Political Science and Law, Renmin University of China, 1998 JD. Successively in the Chinese Academy of Social SciencesTaiwan Institute, Suzhou University Law School, South China University of Political Science and Law (Zhongnan University of Economics and Law) work. Former Zhongnan University of Economics and Law Research Director, Institute of law and culture Dean. 2010 transfer Hangzhou Normal University, director of Renmin University of China Law Research Center, Professor of Law School Committee. He is also the executive president of China Society of Legal History and the president of Legal Culture Research Society of Zhejiang Law Society. He has been named one of the “National Outstanding Teachers”, “Excellent New Century Talents of the Ministry of Education”, “Special Government Subsidy Expert of the State Council”, “Contemporary Chinese Jurist” and “Outstanding Humanities and Social Scientists in China”.
