近几年来,核心力量训练在国内学术界是个新的研究课题,也是个研究热点。它在竞技体育训练中引起了很多专家和教练员的关注。本文采用了文献资料和归纳总结等方法,论述了其概念及作用,结合实践经验阐明核心力量训练应用在田径项目训练中的意义。根据田径项目的特点与运动训练相关的理论知识,提出了关于核心力量训练的方法和注意事项,归纳了基本的训练思路,旨在提高田径运动员的核心力量,并促进运动成绩的提高。
In recent years, the core strength training in the domestic academic community is a new research topic, but also a research hot spot. It has attracted the attention of many experts and coaches in competitive sports training. This article uses the literature and summarizes and other methods, discusses its concept and role, combined with practical experience to clarify the core strength training applications in track and field project training significance. According to the characteristics of track and field project and the relevant theoretical knowledge of sports training, this paper puts forward the methods and precautions about the training of core strength, summarizes the basic train of thought, and aims to improve the core strength of track and field athletes and promote the improvement of sports scores.
