作者报道12例高血压危象患者舌下含服巯甲丙脯酸的疗效。患者7例女性,5例男性。年龄48～67(平均57±6)岁,体重62～88kg。均有原发性高血压病史及左室肥厚的心电图证据,具备高血压危象的症状包括头痛、头晕及心绞痛。曾接受3或4种降压药治疗,如β受体阻滞剂、哌唑嗪或利尿剂等,其中5例降压不满意。用药前测量患者坐位血压4次,其平均值为184±3/124±7mmHg。嘱患者舌下含服巯甲丙
The authors report the efficacy of sublingual captopril in 12 patients with hypertensive crisis. Seven patients were female and five were male. Age 48 ~ 67 (average 57 ± 6) years old, weighing 62 ~ 88kg. Both have a history of essential hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy ECG evidence of hypertension crisis symptoms include headache, dizziness and angina. Had received 3 or 4 kinds of antihypertensive drugs, such as β-blockers, prazosin or diuretics, of which 5 were not satisfied with antihypertensive.
