2月25日,全国减灾救灾工作会议在浙江省杭州市召开。民政部副部长窦玉沛出席会议并讲话。会议回顾总结了“十二五”时期减灾救灾工作,对“十三五”期间减灾救灾工作目标和2016年任务进行了安排部署。近日,本刊记者就如何贯彻落实2016年全国减灾救灾工作会议精神等相关问题对民政部救灾司司长庞陈敏进行了专访。
February 25, the National Disaster Mitigation Work Conference was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Vice Minister of Civil Affairs Dou Yupei attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
