本文提出用二苯并-18-冠-6-甲酸-盐酸作淋洗剂离子交换色谱分离碱金属。测定了Na、K、Rb、Cs在树脂相和含有 DBB的溶液相间的分配系数K_D;发现淋洗剂中存在 DBC时,Na和 K的分配系数显著降低,Rb次之,Cs也稍有下降;K_D值与DBC的浓度成反比。推导了 K_D与酸度的关系式为 1gK_D=m-1g[H~+],与实验结果相符合。文中给出了分离K-Rb-Cs,Na-Rb-Cs和Li-Na-K-Rb-Cs的适宜条件及其分离结果。
This paper presents the use of dibenzo-18-crown-6-formic acid - hydrochloric acid as eluant ion exchange chromatography alkali separation. The distribution coefficient K_D of Na, K, Rb and Cs between the resin phase and the solution containing DBB was determined. When the DBC was found in the eluent, the distribution coefficients of Na and K decreased significantly, followed by Rb and Cs slightly ; K_D value is inversely proportional to the concentration of DBC. Derived the relationship between K_D and acidity as 1gK_D = m-1g [H ~ +], and the experimental results are consistent. In this paper, the suitable conditions for the separation of K-Rb-Cs, Na-Rb-Cs and Li-Na-K-Rb-Cs and their separation results are given.
