润滑油中泡沫的产生除了基础油本身的作用外,添加剂是产生泡沫的主要原因。并且由于它们具有较高的表面活性,以不溶活性吸附层的形式吸附于气泡沫表面,造成了对空气释放性能的不利影响。空气释放性质是润滑油性能的另一方面。本文从流体力学出发考察了高表面活性的消泡剂对气泡力学性能的影响及由此而导致系统Apbron的形成,正是这些因素使润滑油空气释放值增加。同时还考察了油溶性添加剂对空气释放值的影响,它们与不溶性的消泡剂有着类似的作用,只是与高表面活性的消泡剂共存时,以消泡剂的作用为主。文中还计算了空气释放值,定量地评价了以上各因素。
In addition to the role of the base oil itself, the additive is the main cause of the foam. And because of their higher surface activity, they adsorb to the surface of the gas foam in the form of insoluble reactive adsorption layers, causing adverse effects on air release performance. Air release properties are another aspect of lubricant performance. In this paper, the effect of high surface active defoamers on the mechanical properties of bubbles and the formation of Apbron system were investigated from the fluid mechanics. It is these factors that increase the air release of lubricating oil. At the same time, the effects of oil-soluble additives on the release of air were investigated. They had a similar effect with insoluble defoamers, except that they were mainly defoamers when coexisting with high surface active defoamers. The paper also calculates the air release value, quantitatively evaluated the above factors.
