成本控制作为建筑工程项目管理中,能够给建筑单位经济效益带来最重要影响的环节,一直是各个施工企业所关注的领域。为了确保工程项目最大化投资收益,就必须要从建筑工程的决策、设计以及施工等环节进行综合细致的思考分析。文章从新时期以来我国建筑工程成本管理过程中存在的一些问题入手,进一步指出了对于提高建筑工程成本管理中的一些建议和措施,望为相关单位提供参考价值。
As a construction project management, cost control can bring the most important impact on the economic benefits of construction units. It has always been a concern of all construction companies. In order to ensure that the project maximizes the return on investment, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis and analysis from the aspects of decision-making, design and construction of the construction project. This article starts with some problems in the cost management of construction project in our country from the new period, and further points out some suggestions and measures to improve the construction project cost management.
