鼓励冒险和创新处于变革时期的企业,无论是管理者还是员工都需要积极主动,为企业的振兴与发展出谋划策。转变与变革往往使人们有一种不安全和不稳定的感觉,员工和管理者都易于堕入徘徊等待的状态,不愿意积极主动地去工作。应该向员工传达这样一种信息,容许他们犯错误,但是不容许他们懒惰。换言之,要让员工知道,并不期望他们把工作做得很完美,但是要求他们要有独立的思考能力,做事果断,注重行动。创造支持环境处于良好工作环境中的人更愿意接受变革。企业应给员工带来心理安全的工作环境,使下属更乐于冒险,乐
