4月7日,全省找矿突破战略行动指挥部第一次会议在西宁召开。省委常委、常务副省长、全省找矿突破战略行动指挥部指挥长徐福顺出席会议,在认真听取我省及中央驻我省各地质勘查单位地质找矿工作汇报后,作了重要讲话。徐福顺指出,加强矿产资源勘查,增强矿产资源保障能力,关系我国现代化建设的重大战略问题,事关国家经济安全,事关国家核心利益,同时对推动和加快我省发展、建设富裕文明和谐新青海具有重要意义。我们决不能辜负党中央、国务院的殷切希望,要按照国土资源部的总体部署,把思想统一到省委省政府对当前全省地勘工作的战略部署上来。
