目的：比较诺氟沙星纱条与碘仿纱条在上颌窦根治术后填塞的疗效。方法：２００例慢性上颌窦炎病人分为２组。手术后诺氟沙星纱条填塞组１００例（男性 ６２例，女性 ３８例；年龄 ３２ ａ ± ｓ １４ ａ）。手术后碘仿纱条填塞组１００例（男性５５例，女性４５例；年龄 ３６ ａ± １２ ａ）， ２组病人其他治疗方法相同。结果： ２组病人临床治愈率都是 １００％，组间比较， Ｐ＞０．０５。结论：诺氟沙星作为一种抗炎防腐剂在临床应用中可以替代碘仿。
Objective: To compare the curative effect of Norfloxacin gauze and iodoform gauze in the maxillary sinus gastrectomy. Methods: 200 cases of chronic maxillary sinusitis were divided into two groups. 100 cases of Norfloxacin gauze packing group after surgery (62 males and 38 females; age 32 a ± s 14 a). 100 cases of iodoform gauze packing group (55 males and 45 females; age, 36 ± 12 years) were treated with the same method of other treatments. Results: The clinical cure rate was 100% in both groups, P> 0.05. Conclusion: Norfloxacin can replace iodoform in clinical application as an anti-inflammatory preservative.
