随着信息传媒的迅速发展,媒体依托自身优势在社会生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。而在替代性纠纷解决机制思潮的引领下,媒体借助其得天独厚的自然条件在纠纷解决中也占有重要席位,随着众多媒体调解栏目的出现与火热,大众传媒调解方式突兀显现。本文试从大众传媒调解的概况进行剖析,继而论述其存在的意义及需要注意的问题,以期此种调解方式能够健康发展。
With the rapid development of information media, the media rely on its own advantages in social life is playing an increasingly important role. Under the guidance of the trend of alternative dispute resolution mechanism, the media also occupies an important seat in dispute resolution with its unique natural conditions. With the emergence of numerous media mediation columns and fiery hot media mediation forms appear unexpectedly. This article attempts to analyze the general situation of mediation in the mass media, and then discusses the significance of its existence and the problems that need attention, with a view to achieving a healthy development of such mediation.
