在环氧乙烷(EO)工艺流程中,反应热一般通过水浴的方式产生蒸汽来撤热。发生的蒸汽通过减压阀降压到下级蒸汽系统管网供装置内用户使用,本文论说了此种反应热利用的低效,提出了一种应用蒸汽喷射器的改进的反应热利用方案。通过前后两种方案的分析、蒸汽能耗分析以及经济性分析,可知蒸汽喷射器在环氧乙烷装置中具有广阔的应用前景。
In the ethylene oxide (EO) process, the heat of reaction typically generates steam to remove heat by means of a water bath. The generated steam is depressurized by the pressure reducing valve to the lower level steam system pipe network for users in the installation. This article discusses the inefficiency of such reaction heat utilization, and proposes an improved heat utilization scheme of the reaction using the steam injector. Through the analysis of two schemes before and after, the analysis of steam energy consumption and economic analysis, it can be seen that the steam injector has a broad application prospect in the ethylene oxide plant.
