对正常耳、耳蜗聋及蜗后聋共154耳进行了短声诱发脑干反应与纯音听力图比较,发现短声反应阈与短声主观听阈均与纯音2kHz+4kHz听阈均值有最大的相关性;由短声ABR波V潜伏期所推算出的△V值,与纯音2kHz+4kHz听阈均值呈负相关。△V值能较好地鉴别耳蜗聋与蜗后聋,且有助于蜗后病变的定位,值得临床采用;波V强度—潜伏期函数曲线中斜率值大小与纯音4kHz-2kHz听阈差值呈正相关,可用来预估纯音听力图型为高频陡降型或是平坦型,此乃由于不同短声声级支配ABR反应的耳蜗不同部位所决定的,临床上应重视斜率值的测定。
A total of 154 ears of normal ear, cochlear impotence and cochlear deafness were compared by short tone evoked brainstem response with pure tone audiogram, and found that the short-tone reaction threshold and short-tone subjective hearing threshold both had the largest correlation with pure tone 2 kHz + 4 kHz hearing threshold ; The △ V value deduced by the latency of short-sound ABR wave V was negatively correlated with the average hearing threshold of 2 kHz + 4 kHz of pure tone. △ V value can better distinguish cochlear deafness and cochlear deafness, and contribute to the localization of cochlear lesions, which is worthy of clinical application. The magnitude of the slope in the curve of V intensity-latency is positively correlated with the threshold of pure 4kHz-2kHz , Which can be used to predict the pure tone audiogram is a high frequency steep drop or flat type, which is determined by the different parts of the cochlea that control the ABR response in different short sound levels. Therefore, it is clinically important to determine the slope value.
