用36只健康Preyerls反射正常的杂色豚鼠,进行模拟海拔5000米、水深50米的潜水实验。结果是:实验豚鼠出舱后即刻组、7天及14天组听阈、输入输出函数曲线和鼓室压曲线均有改变。光镜检查与电镜观察,中内耳结构亦有不同程度的病损。提示豚鼠在低氧、高氧及气压变化情况下,可有中耳及内耳损伤;严重者可致内耳减压病。
Thirty-six healthy Preyerls were used to reflect the normal variegated guinea pigs and simulate a diving experiment at an altitude of 5000 meters and a depth of 50 meters. The results are: experimental guinea pig immediately after the release group, 7 days and 14 days listening threshold, the input and output function curve and tympanic pressure curve have changed. Light microscopy and electron microscopy, in the inner ear structure also have varying degrees of lesion. Tip guinea pigs in hypoxia, hyperoxia and pressure changes, there may be middle ear and inner ear damage; severe cases can cause decompression sickness of the inner ear.
