吡喹酮是近年来研究成功的一种新的广谱抗寄生虫药,对血吸虫病有特效。本文采用高压液相法测定吡喹酮的血浓度,此法在国内外文献中尚未见报道。本法的专一性高、检出限为30ng,完全适用于临床血吸虫病患者服用吡喹酮后的血浓度测定。给家兔(n=7)静注吡喹酮(20mg/kg),属二室模型,5分钟时已出现代谢物峰,其K_α=3.00h~(-1),t_(1/2 (α))-0.231h,K_(el)=0.28h~(-1),t_(1/2 (β))=2.48h。此药代谢迅速,给家兔口服后,吸收速度常数较大,K_α=2.50~2.60h~(-1),该药易被吸收。家兔(n=13)口服两种剂型的吡喹酮后,原药血浓在1小时左右达到高峰,比Steiner等报道的鼠、狗
Praziquantel is a new broad-spectrum antiparasitic drug that has been successfully researched in recent years and has special effects on schistosomiasis. In this paper, high-pressure liquid phase determination of praziquantel blood concentration, this method has not been reported in the literature at home and abroad. The specificity of this method is high, with a detection limit of 30 ng, which is perfectly applicable to the determination of blood concentration after taking praziquantel in clinical schistosomiasis patients.
