随着外部及两岸社会经济形势的深刻变化,两岸经济关系已经步入新一轮转型升级期,迫切需要寻求新的增长空间,打造两岸经济关系的“升级版”。两岸加强服务业合作将开创两岸经济合作新模式,增强两岸经济合作动力,并带动两岸制造业转型升级,是带动两岸经济关系转型升级的最重要引擎。未来加强两岸服务业合作应充分吸收借鉴过去制造业合作的经验与不足,创新合作方式,更大程度地发挥服务业合作效益。
With the profound changes in the socio-economic situation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and across the Taiwan Strait, the cross-Strait economic relations have entered a new phase of transformation and upgrading. There is an urgent need to seek new room for growth and create an “upgraded version” of cross-Strait economic relations. Cross-Strait cooperation in service industries will create a new pattern of cross-Strait economic cooperation, enhance cross-Strait economic cooperation and promote the transformation and upgrading of cross-Strait manufacturing industries. This will be the most important engine for promoting cross-Strait economic transformation and upgrading. In the future, to enhance cross-Strait cooperation in service industry should fully absorb and draw lessons from past experience and deficiencies in manufacturing cooperation, innovate ways of cooperation and give more play to the cooperation benefits of service industry.
