对立体车库人机界面中影响用户主观满意度指标的可用性因素进行研究。采用可用性实验的方式,3组用户共计48人参加了测试。以Nielson可用性5指标为理论基础,对各项可用性指标与主观满意度的相关性进行分析,再找出设计中存在的具体问题。实验结果表明:影响不同用户对人机界面主观满意度的可用性指标存在差异,应据此有针对性的进行设计工作,并提出所测试产品的改良意见。
This paper studies the availability factors that influence users’ subjective satisfaction index in the human-machine interface of stereo garage. Using usability experiments, a total of 48 users from 3 groups participated in the test. Based on the Nielson usability 5 index, the correlation between each usability index and subjective satisfaction is analyzed, and then the specific problems existing in the design are found out. The experimental results show that there are differences in the usability indexes that affect the subjective satisfaction of different users to the human-computer interface. Therefore, the design work should be targeted and the improvement suggestions of the tested products should be put forward.
