由辽河石油勘探局工程技术研究院总承包的锦27-采1井项目,是辽河石油勘探局重大科技推广项目。锦27-采1井于2001年7月 3日开钻,8月11日钻头三开,8月16日完井。该井完钻井深1559.62 m（垂深 1202.36m）,水平段长度为 200.13m,钻遇油层137.01 m。钻井和固井质量都达到了设计要求。投产初期见到了明显效果,初期日产液68 m3,日产油55t。 该井的顺利实施,创造了多项辽河油区水平井开采纪录:①该井钻井周期25d,在辽河油区已完成的13口水平井中钻
Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau Engineering Research Institute contracted Jin 27-mining 1 well project, Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau is a major science and technology promotion project.
