学校达成育人目标的载体是课程,课程实施的主渠道是课堂,因此,为儿童发展提供什么内容,通过什么样的方式来实施这些内容就成了“核心素养”得以落实的关键。从这个意义上来说,基于核心素养下的课程建构就成了深化课程改革的首要任务。立足学校发展实际,借鉴《中国学生发展核心素养》,我们组织老师们结合课程标准进行育人目标大讨论,最终选取了以四项能力和四项品格为核心的核心素养培养。四项能力即终
The carrier that the school achieves the goal of educating people is the curriculum. The main channel of the curriculum implementation is the classroom. Therefore, what is to be provided for the development of children and how to implement these contents is the key to the implementation of “core literacy”. In this sense, the curriculum construction based on core literacy has become the primary task of deepening the curriculum reform. Based on the actual development of the school and drawing lessons from the “core qualifications of Chinese students,” we organize teachers to discuss the goal of educating people in combination with the curriculum standards, and finally select the core qualifications training with four abilities and four qualities as the core. The four abilities are the end
