目的 应用cPET显像仪和脑统计参数地图法研究脑18F FDG代谢与光线刺激的关系。方法 应用PET显像仪 ,将 2 8例正常人脑18F FDGPET显像 ,按有无光线刺激分成两组 ,应用以像素为基础的统计参数图法 ,分析受光线刺激影响的脑解剖功能区。结果 按α=0 .0 1,ν=2 6作为检验水准 ,SPM法分析可见在楔叶、枕叶、中央后回、前回以及颞上回的部分区域成对称性升高 ,而在海马旁、扣带回、中脑导水管及颞上叶的部分区域则有代谢的减低。结论 统计参数地图法是脑认知分析的新手段 ,光线的视觉刺激不但使视觉区能量代谢受到影响 ,还可影响其他区域受到影响 ,甚至会抑制一些区域的葡萄糖代谢。
Objective To study the relationship between 18F FDG metabolism and light stimulation using cPET visualizer and brain statistical parameter map method. Methods 28 PET images of 18 normal subjects were divided into two groups according to whether they were stimulated by light or not. The pixel-based statistical parametric plot method was used to analyze brain anatomical functional areas affected by light stimulation. Results α = 0. 01, ν = 2 6 as the test level, SPM analysis shows that the wedge, occipital lobe, the central back, anterior back and the superior temporal gyrus symmetry increased in some areas, and in the parahippocampal , Cingulate, midbrain aqueduct and part of the superior temporal lobe has reduced metabolism. Conclusion Statistical parametric map method is a new method of brain cognitive analysis. The visual stimulation of light not only affects the energy metabolism in the visual field, but also affects other areas and even inhibits glucose metabolism in some areas.
