1临床资料患者,女,23岁,因停经38 d,不规则阴道流血6 d,下腹痛3 d,伴头晕2 h于2007年6月16日9时急诊入我科。查体:T36.5℃,P 120次/min,R22次/min,BP 80/50 mm Hg,急性病容,面色苍白,脉细弱。四肢冰冷,心肺未闻及异常,腹膨隆,全腹均有压痛,反跳痛,肌紧张不明显,叩诊移动性浊音阳
