本文针对南京五台山某工程——现浇钢筋砼框架结构中存在严重的砼孔洞、露筋、蜂窝麻面及不密实等质量事故,选择可靠的砼质量检测方法,分析事故的原因和检测结果,确定合理的梁、柱加固方案,即:梁采用外包钢筋砼加固方法;柱采用施加侧向预应力的外包钢构架加固方法。提出了加固梁断面尺寸的确定方法、抗剪强度计算方法、加固柱承载力计算新概念以及加固梁、柱的构造要求和施工方法。
In this paper, for the serious accidents such as boring holes, exposed ribs, honeycomb pockmarks and non-compactness in a cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure in Nanjing Wutaishan, a reliable helium quality inspection method was selected to analyze the cause of the accident and the test results. Determine a reasonable reinforcement scheme for beams and columns, that is, the reinforcement method for the beams is reinforced by outsourcing reinforced bars, and the method for reinforcement of the steel frame with external prestressing is applied to the columns. The method of determining the section dimension of the reinforced beam, the calculation method of the shear strength, the new concept of the calculation of the bearing capacity of the reinforced column, and the structural requirements and construction methods of the strengthened beam and column are proposed.
