根据《中国人民共和国食品安全法》的规定,由市、县食品药品监督管理部门对其辖区内的餐饮服务单位餐饮服务许可进行审批。但是在实际工作中,存在许多亟待解决的问题,影响餐饮服务行政许可工作的顺利开展。因此,应进一步规范餐饮服务行政许可行为,把好餐饮安全首道关口,确保餐饮业健康发展。目前餐饮服务行政许可工作中存在的主要问题食品安全缺乏足够的宣传力度由于缺乏相应的社会宣传,消费者缺乏食品安全相关知识,无视餐馆
According to the “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”, food and drug administrations of cities and counties shall examine and approve catering service licenses of catering service units within their jurisdictions.
