采用在线脉冲反应色谱和质谱瞬变响应技术 ,对噻吩在USY沸石上的裂化脱硫反应行为进行了研究。结果表明 ,噻吩在USY沸石上发生反应 ,除生成烃和H2 S外 ,还可以生烷基噻吩和苯并噻吩等硫化物 ;但噻吩的裂化脱硫是主要反应。噻吩在USY沸石上裂化脱硫反应中 ,裂化和氢转移是两个重要的反应步骤。热力学上高温有利于前者而低温有利于后者 ,这对矛盾使得 4 0 0℃左右最有利于噻吩的裂化脱硫。本文在实验结果的基础上 ,提出了噻吩在USY沸石上的裂化脱硫及生成其它硫化物的反应机理。
The cracking desulfurization behavior of thiophene on USY zeolite was studied by using online pulse reaction and mass spectrometry transient response techniques. The results showed that thiophene reacts with USY zeolite. In addition to the formation of hydrocarbons and H2S, thiophenes can also be born alkyl thiophene and benzothiophene sulfide; but thiophene cracking desulfurization is the main reaction. In the cracking and desulfurization reaction of thiophene on USY zeolite, cracking and hydrogen transfer are two important reaction steps. Thermodynamics is conducive to the former high temperature and the latter is conducive to the latter, which makes the contradiction between 40 ° C most conducive to thiophene cracking desulfurization. Based on the experimental results, the mechanism of cracking desulfurization of thiophene on USY zeolite and the formation of other sulfides was proposed.
