鲁人社发[2016]38号各市人力资源社会保障局,省直有关部门、单位,各高等院校,有关企业、行业协会、继续教育机构:为促进我省专业技术人员继续教育事业发展,加强专业技术人员继续教育基地建设,根据《专业技术人员继续教育规定》(人力资源社会保障部令第25号)和《山东省专业技术人才知识更新工程(2013—2020年)实施意见》(鲁人社发[2013]48号),现将《山东省专业技术人员继续教育基地管理办法》印发给你们,请结合实际,认真贯彻落实。

According to the Regulations on Continuing Education for Professional and Technical Persons (Order No. 25 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and the Opinions on Implementation of Knowledge Renewal Project for Professional and Technical Talents in Shandong Province (2013-2020) Human Resources and Social Development [2013] No. 48), we hereby issue and issue to you the Measures for the Administration of Continuing Education Bases for Professional and Technical Personnel in Shandong Province. Please conscientiously implement it in light of the actual conditions.
