采用冷藏方法,常年提供油茶种子,是利用芽苗砧嫁接技术,实现油茶工厂化全年育苗的重要前提。据报道,山茶种子可以通过冷藏保存1-2年,但关于油茶种子这方面尚未见报道。为此,我们从1979年起,连续进行了四年的种子贮藏试验,结果证明采用高温冰库(温度为0-2℃) 冷藏,至少可以使油茶的有效发芽力保持二年以上。而且贮藏种子还是保存基因资源的一种方法。一、材料与方法1979-1980年,我们用采自浙江安吉的种子,进行了不同温度(室内常温、0℃、-30℃);不同贮藏湿度;不同日晒天数(2天、4天、6天);不同贮藏方法(沙藏或直接装
