水冷旋转磁场式退磁机能以其最大磁通,对带磁性机械零件的每一截面,每秒钟进行50次退磁,零件在离开退磁机的进程中,自然地经历了连续衰减至零的退磁磁场的作用,故而能获得较高的退磁效果和退磁效率。文中对旋转磁场式退磁机的结构原理、磁场强度的计算、典型退磁机的技术数据及应用效果作了详细介绍。附图22幅,表1个。
