提出迭代作图法，用以计算油脂氢化反应速率常数，进而计算三烯酸（酯）、二烯酸（酯）的选择性比（ＳＲ）。实验证明：迭代作图法是一种普适性的较可靠的计算方法。通过对文献上解析法、图解估算法的分析比较，肯定了迭代作图法，同时指出图解估算法应用的局限性
An iterative mapping method was proposed to calculate the rate constant of the hydrogenation of fats to further calculate the selectivity ratio (SR) of the trienoic acid ester and the dienoic acid ester. Experiments show that iterative mapping is a universal and reliable method of calculation. By analyzing and comparing the analytic method and graphical method in the literature, Iterative mapping method is affirmed, and the limitations of the application of graphical method are pointed out.
