固-液相转移催化含硫碳负离子烷基化反应作为关键步骤,完成了肉芝软珊瑚素全合成的闭环。研究了影响产率的不同因素,提出了可能的反应机理。实验结果表明:PEG300～600是合适的固-液相转移催化剂。
Solid-liquid phase transfer catalyzed alkylation of sulfur-containing anions as a key step to complete the synthesis of chansonosane in the closed loop. The different factors affecting the yield were studied, and the possible reaction mechanism was proposed. The experimental results show that: PEG300 ~ 600 is a suitable solid - liquid phase transfer catalyst.
