当我将一份提案答复件的复印件放在周建波的手上时,周建波非常感动地说道:“太好了,我太高兴了,我的愿望终于实现了!”时间追溯到2009年11月的一天,县后勤管理局职工周建波来到我的办公室要求见潘峰主席。潘峰主席因开会不在办公室,我便问他找主席有什么事。周建波告诉我,他要向主席反映如何振兴并传承沙县的剪纸艺术。
