1984年10月至1986年5月,我们对43例青年人临床疑为心肌炎的住院患者,进行了右室心内膜心肌活检。现将心肌活组织改变与临床表现关系及心肌活检术的初步体会报告如下。临床资料一般情况:本组均为男性,年龄18～24岁。病程20天～13个月。在心脏症状出现前1月内,有上呼吸道感染史者36例。仅有心电图异常但无自觉症状者8例。症状体征:有明显的劳力性心悸气促,活动能力下降者8例。一般症状较轻,心功正常,以间发性胸闷、心前区疼痛不适为
From October 1984 to May 1986, we performed a right ventricular endomyocardial biopsy in 43 hospitalized young patients with suspected myocarditis. Now the relationship between myocardial tissue changes and clinical manifestations and myocardial biopsy reported the following preliminary experience. General clinical data: This group are men, aged 18 to 24 years old. Duration of 20 days to 13 months. In the first month before the onset of cardiac symptoms, there are 36 cases of upper respiratory tract infection. Only ECG abnormalities but no symptoms in 8 cases. Symptoms and signs: There was obvious labor-induced palpitation and shortness of breath, decreased activity in 8 cases.
