对邯钢三炼钢生产ML08AL冷镦钢连铸坯生产情况进行了分析和研究,对试生产过程中存在中间包浸入式水口堵塞问题进行了分析和解决,连拉炉数由3炉提高到15炉,生产成本大大降低,质量也明显提高。生产实践证明利用现有装备,通过优化生产工艺能够生产合格冷镦钢连铸坯,为开发更高级别的冷镦钢和规模化生产积累了很好的技术经验。
The production of ML08AL cold heading steel continuous casting slab produced by Handan Iron & Steel No.3 Steelmaking Plant was analyzed and studied. The problems of tundish blockage in tundish during trial production were analyzed and solved. The number of furnaces even increased from 3 to 15 furnace, greatly reducing the cost of production, quality is also significantly improved. Production practice has proved that the use of existing equipment, through the optimization of production technology to produce qualified cold heading steel billets, for the development of higher levels of cold heading steel and large-scale production has accumulated good technical experience.
