主要研究中国钢铁产业兼并重组后的信息化建设问题,通过分析中国钢铁企业信息化现状与存在的问题提出了一套解决方案。针对中国钢铁企业兼并重组后各子企业信息化水平参差不齐的问题,提出了一种信息化建设的模型;针对各子企业数据关联度较低的问题,分别提出了3种数据整合模式。建议中国钢铁企业根据自身特点,将信息化建设模型与数据整合模式综合运用,从而解决信息化建设过程中所遇到的问题。
It mainly studies the information construction after the merger and reorganization of China’s iron and steel industry and puts forward a set of solutions by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of China’s iron and steel enterprises. Aiming at the problem that the informationization level of each sub-enterprise after the merger and reorganization of China’s iron and steel enterprises is uneven, a model of information construction is proposed. According to the problem of low data relevance among sub-enterprises, three data integration modes are proposed respectively. It is suggested that China’s iron and steel enterprises should make comprehensive use of the informatization construction model and data integration mode according to their own characteristics so as to solve the problems encountered in the process of information construction.
