问:您在招聘新人时,最看重他什么?答:首先,我非常重视他的品性,修养及对行业的了解程度。广告公司历来在用人上有一个错误观念,在面试时更注重诸如文笔、口才、软件应用等专业技能,而忽视他的品性、修养及对行业的了解程度。这就造成业内鱼目混珠的现象严重,一些人可能仅仅因为发现干这行得不到更多的金钱或者受不了做广告的辛苦,就逃之夭夭。其次,我还看中他对广告的“激情”。广告人必须具备鲜活的激情与活力,具备更强的知识更新能力。对于那些从事创作的广告人,如果他已经不热爱这个行业了,如果他的经验与创作激情不能保持同比例增长,很难想象他还能创作出优秀的作品。
Q: When you recruit new people, what value most of him? A: First, I attach great importance to his character, self-cultivation and understanding of the industry. Ad agencies have always had a misconception of employers. They paid more attention to professional skills such as writing, eloquence and software application during the interview, while ignoring his character, accomplishment and understanding of the industry. This has led to serious problems in the industry, and some people may just run away because they find it hard to get more money or to advertise. Secondly, I also fancy his passion for advertising. Advertisers must have fresh passion and vitality, with a stronger ability to update knowledge. For those engaged in creative advertising, if he has not loved the industry, and if his experience and creative passion can not maintain the same proportion of growth, it is hard to imagine that he can create outstanding works.
