在进行桥梁结构检测时,采用胶粘拔出法进行混凝土强度测试,不但可以避免破损检测法对结构造成的严重破损,还能够弥补常规非破损法,如回弹法等测试精度不高等缺点。为了便于实际操作,通过比对试验,将一种有机植筋胶作为胶粘拔出法的锚固胶,并设计出了一套可重复利用的钢质锚固件的拉拔系统。比较结果表明,该方法可取得较好效果。在对一批双向钢筋混凝土板的拔出力及其对应的混凝土立方体试块抗压强度进行统计研究分析的基础上,运用最小二乘法,绘制出胶粘拔出法的桥梁结构混凝土强度与拔出力的测强曲线,曲线相关性较好,且相对标准差较小。最后,运用测强曲线,对野外暴露试验站的2片预应力混凝土梁进行胶粘拔出法试验研究,计算值与试验值吻合较好,为胶粘拔出法在桥梁结构混凝土强度测试工程实践中的应用奠定了基础。
In the process of bridge structure testing, the test of concrete strength by glue drawing method can not only avoid the serious damage caused by the damage detection method to the structure, but also make up for the disadvantages of the conventional non-damage method such as the rebound method, which has low testing accuracy. In order to facilitate the practical operation, an organic anchorage adhesive was used as the anchoring glue for the adhesive pull-out method through the comparison test, and a set of drawing system for the reusable steel anchor was designed. The comparison results show that this method can achieve better results. Based on the statistical analysis of the pull-out force of a batch of bidirectional reinforced concrete slabs and the corresponding compressive strength of concrete cubes, the least square method was used to draw the conclusion that the strength of concrete of bridge structure with pull- Strong strength test curve, curve correlation is good, and the relative standard deviation is small. Finally, using the curve of strength measurement, two prestressed concrete beams of the field exposure test station are tested by the glue drawing method. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values. The application of practice laid the foundation.
