调查21名(42只眼)在3—10年中50%以上的工作时间,从事各种类型的激光工作,年龄为22—40岁的科研人员。漫反射激光辐射能量密度为10~(-9)—10~(-7)焦耳/厘米~2。对照组为不接触激光的科研人员9名(18只眼)。用眼及眶血流描记法及颈内动脉流域脑血流描记法来评价眼局部血液动力学改变。用张力描记法及前房角镜检评价眼流体动力学。进行了视网膜血管的测径,视网膜血管的压力测试,眼前部及视网膜血管的活组织镜检。
Twenty-one (42 eyes) were investigated over 50% of their working time in 3-10 years and engaged in various types of laser work for researchers aged 22-40.
