在陕西、甘肃等地区的一些大麦品种条锈病发生严重,已成为大麦生产上一个值得重视的问题。为查清上述地区大麦条锈病的病原菌和品种的抗病性,以便为制定防治措施提供依据,我们于1985年和1986年对陕、甘等地大麦条锈病的发生情况和病原进行了调查研究与接种试验,现将研究结果简报如下。1 材料与方法 供试大麦品种共18个,即西引二号、莫特44、勾芒大麦、二棱刺芒、皮穗波、尼赤城二条、吾妻黄金、六棱无芒、驻选二棱、真田麦、澄城四棱、尺八大麦、早熟三号、恩斯293、阿恩特13、棒名二条、恩斯296、二棱光芒。其中除二棱刺芒、二棱光芒、六棱无芒和勾芒大麦由西北农业大学植保系普病组提供外,其余均由该校农学系大麦研究组提供。供试小麦条锈菌(Puccinia Striifor mis f.sp.tritici)菌系9个分属于条中1号、10号、13号、21号、22号、23号、25号、26号和28号等小种,均由西北农大植病研究室锈病组提供。

Nine strains of Puccinia striifor mis f. Sp. Tritici belonged to 1, 10, 13, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 28 Other races are provided by the Northwest Agricultural University Plant Disease Research Institute.
