中华人民共和国政府和阿拉伯联合共和国政府,为了便利中华人民共和国和阿拉伯联合共和国之间的邮政联系和促进两国间友好关系的发展起见,决定缔结本协定并各派全权代表如下:中华人民共和国政府方面为邮电部部长朱学范先生;阿拉伯联合共和国政府方面为阿拉伯联合共和国驻中华人民共和国大使拉加卜先生。
The Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the United Arab Republic, in order to facilitate the development of postal contacts between the People’s Republic of China and the United Arab Republic and to promote the friendly relations between the two countries, have decided to conclude this Agreement and the plenipotentiaries of the various factions are as follows: The Government of the People’s Republic of China Mr. Zhu Xuefan, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, and Mr. Rajab, the government of the United Arab Republic in the People’s Republic of China on the part of the government of the United Arab Republic.
