目的:探讨经阴道三维超声成像技术对诊断子宫先天畸形的价值。方法:对96例二维超声初步诊断及疑似、不能确定的子宫先天畸形经阴道三维超声扫查,观察子宫的外形和内膜的形态,并与宫腔镜结果进行对照。结果:经阴道二维超声检查双子宫7例,双角子宫20例,完全纵膈18例,不全纵膈子宫28例,弓形子宫12例,单角3例,弓形子宫误诊为不全纵膈子宫13例,不全纵膈子宫误诊为双角子宫5例,单角子宫漏诊3例,特殊类型的子宫畸形漏诊5例,共误诊18例,漏诊8例,诊断符合率72.9%(70/96),经阴道三维超声检查双子宫7例,双角子宫15例,完全纵膈18例,不全纵膈子宫20例,弓形子宫25例,单角6例,特殊类型子宫畸形5例,经阴道三维超声诊断准确率100%(96/96)。结论:阴道三维超声成像对宫腔结构及宫底的外观形态图像直观,可获得更多信息,使诊断更准确,分类更详细。
Objective: To investigate the value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of congenital uterine malformations. Methods: 96 cases of two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis and suspected, can not determine the congenital deformity of the uterus by vaginal three-dimensional ultrasound scan to observe the shape of the uterus and endometrial morphology and hysteroscopy results were compared. Results: Transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound examination in 7 cases of double uterus, 20 cases of double angle uterus, 18 cases of complete mediastinum, 28 cases of incomplete mediastinal uterus, 12 cases of arched uterus, 3 cases of single angle, misdiagnosis of arch uterus as incomplete mediastinal uterus Thirteen cases were misdiagnosed as uterine hormones in 5 cases, unilateral uterine misdiagnosis in 3 cases, special type of misdiagnosis in 5 cases, misdiagnosed in 18 cases and missed diagnosis in 8 cases. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 72.9% (70/96) , Vaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination in 7 cases of double uterus, 15 cases of double angle uterus, 18 cases of complete mediastinum, 20 cases of incomplete mediastinal uterus, 25 cases of arch uterus, 6 cases of single horn, 5 cases of special type of uterine malformations, Ultrasound diagnostic accuracy of 100% (96/96). CONCLUSIONS: Vaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging provides visualization of the morphology of the uterine cavity and the visual morphology of the uterine fundus. More information is available to make the diagnosis more accurate and more detailed.
