社会主义新农村是一项重要的“系统性工程”,也是适合我国国情发展的重要战略目标。农村社会保障制度是新农村建设的重要制度保障,对新农村建设具有重大的意义。针对农村社会保障的现状,提出完善农村社会保障体系的对策。
The new socialist countryside is an important “systematic project” as well as an important strategic goal suited to the development of China’s national conditions. The rural social security system is an important institutional guarantee for the new rural reconstruction and is of great significance to the new rural reconstruction. In view of the status quo of rural social security, the countermeasures of perfecting rural social security system are put forward.
