绩效评估作为一种评价和改进政府绩效的管理理念和管理工具已经在西方国家的公共管理实践中得到广泛的应用。作为推动我国政府改革的一项措施,行政组织绩效评估无疑是当代政府最热门的话题。本文主要从行政组织自身的角度来讨论绩效评估。
Performance evaluation as a management idea and management tool to evaluate and improve government performance has been widely used in public management practice in western countries. As a measure to promote the government reform in our country, the performance evaluation of administrative organizations is undoubtedly the most hot topic of the contemporary government. This article mainly discusses the performance evaluation from the perspective of the administrative organization.
