根据江苏省科委的有关指示,参照国家三委一部对验收的要求,对江苏省“七五”重大攻关项目“新型耕作栽培技术及其应用研究”中第Ⅰ_1专题的6个子课题和第Ⅱ_1专题的15个子课题进行了验收。由科研管理专家和同行专家组成的验收组逐一地以二级合同规定的任务和指标为依据,在听取各承试单位的研究报告、考核现场和审查全部试验资料 According to the instructions of the Jiangsu Science and Technology Commission and referring to the requirements of the three committees and commissions of the People’s Republic of China for inspection and acceptance, this paper analyzes six sub-topics and the first sub-section of the first section of the “New Tillage and Cultivation Techniques and Applications Study” of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” The 15 sub-topics of the Ⅱ_1 project were accepted. The inspection team, composed of scientific research management experts and peer experts, is based on the tasks and indicators stipulated in the secondary contracts one by one.
